Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with special needs, tailoring lesson plans to individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create and implement effective strategies for student success.
• Conduct assessments and regularly update IEPs to reflect students' progress and evolving needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the special education program.

Requirements:

• Valid Wisconsin teaching license with Special Education endorsement.
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
