What You'll Do
- The Special Education Paraprofessional works directly with students with disabilities to support their academic learning, behavior, physical needs, and daily care.
- In collaboration with teachers and school staff, this role helps implement individualized plans, ensures student safety, and provides support across multiple school settings, including classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Paraprofessionals play a critical role in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Success in this position requires flexibility, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students.
