Schedule:

35 hours/week (M-F 8:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma and 48 college credits. This position also requires a Special Education Aide License (or willingness to obtain). What You'll Do

• The Special Education Paraprofessional works directly with students with disabilities to support their academic learning, behavior, physical needs, and daily care.
• In collaboration with teachers and school staff, this role helps implement individualized plans, ensures student safety, and provides support across multiple school settings, including classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Paraprofessionals play a critical role in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Success in this position requires flexibility, teamwork, strong communication skills, and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students.
