Adjunct Instructor – Microbiology

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning and develop instructional strategies
• Create learning experiences integrating instructional technologies
• Assess student learning and provide feedback
• Develop and revise curriculum and instructional materials
• Fulfill assigned schedule and maintain records
• Build relationships with community and industry partners

• Master’s degree or higher in the discipline or subfield, OR Master’s degree in a different discipline plus 18 or more graduate credits in the discipline
• Appropriate DPI licensure in the discipline or subfield
• Proficiency utilizing learning management system
• Strong verbal communication skills

Demonstrates expertise in developing and revising curriculum and instructional materials while effectively utilizing learning management systems to enhance student learning experiences. Strong ability to assess student learning and provide constructive feedback, fostering relationships with community and industry partners.
