Adjunct Instructor – Spanish

• Adjunct Instructors are responsible for the facilitation of student learning
• Develop appropriate instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Create learning experiences that integrate instructional technologies
• Assess student learning and provide regular feedback
• Develop and continually revise curriculum and instructional materials
• Support the college by engaging in division, department and team activities
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with community, industry, and clinical partners
• Serve as an advocate for students and engage in activities that help students reach their goals

• Master’s degree or higher, in Spanish, OR Master’s degree or higher in a different discipline plus 18 or more graduate credits in the discipline or subfield
• Proficiency utilizing learning management system
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Engage in continuous improvement in the quality of instruction by embracing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods.

Demonstrates expertise in curriculum development and instructional strategies tailored to diverse student needs, while effectively utilizing learning management systems to enhance student learning experiences.
