• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and parents
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in building positive relationships with students and staff

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students as needed
• Participate in the development and monitoring of individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans
• Offer consultative support to educators and parents, promoting strategies that address students behavioral and academic needs
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Deliver crisis intervention and support when necessary
