We're partnering with a school district in Dane County, WI for a RARE OPPORTUNITY to hire a VIRTUAL/HYBRID/ONSITE SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST for the school year.
Position Details:- Location:
ONSITE PREFERRED
, Will entertain HYBRID or VIRTUAL solutions by experienced online providers. - Start/End Dates: ASAP - June 10, 2027
- Schedule:
20-30 hours per week - Ages and Grades: 9th-12th Grade
- Caseload: 20 Students
- School Year: 2026/2027
- Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations (cognitive, academic, social-emotional, behavioral)
- Lead or support special education eligibility determinations and IEP processes
- Write clear, compliant evaluation reports and present findings to multidisciplinary teams and families
- Provide consultation to staff on behavior supports, interventions, and MTSS/RTI strategies
- Support crisis response and risk assessments as needed (per district procedures)
- Collaborate with administrators, educators, related service providers, and outside agencies
- Maintain accurate documentation and timelines in alignment with state and federal requirements
- Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology (Ed.S. or equivalent)
- Wisconsin DPI School Psychologist license/certification (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with psycho educational testing and special education evaluation procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience secondary grades, public school settings
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks and evidence-based interventions
- Experience supporting students with ASD, EBD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and anxiety
- Bilingual skills a plus (not required)
