• Oversee engineering standards for custom machinery, ensuring alignment with national and international norms.
• Drive product improvement initiatives, maintain records of formulas, drawings, processes, and construction standards.
• Keep daily logs for patent support.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in engineer-to-order custom machine industry.
• Background in machinery design covering power, controls, and programming.
• Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD.
