Job Title: SR. Electrical Engineer

You will collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, and welding engineers, taking projects from original concept through to implementation. • Design solutions that meet project deliverables and position products for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, and welding engineers to implement projects from concept to completion.
• Utilize troubleshooting techniques, testing, and design to solve problems with a systems mindset.
• Perform testing and documentation on new designs.
• Participate in project meetings and manage assigned action items.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.
• Drive projects forward with cross-functional technical direction.
• Identify innovative and patentable solutions to meet market needs.

• Electrical engineering expertise.
• Proficiency in hardware and electrical design.
• Professional engineering certification.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with power electronics design, particularly switch mode power supplies up to 35kW.
• Familiarity with voltages up to 480
  
  Vac, 1000
  
  Vdc, and currents up to 1000 Amps.
• Knowledge of full-bridge, half-bridge, buck, boost, flyback, and forward converters.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

This is a Permanent position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000/yr.
