Job Overview
We are seeking a Plant Engineering Manager to lead complex automation and engineering capital projects within a fast‑growing manufacturing business that is investing in state‑of‑the‑art technology. This autonomous, high‑impact role involves collaborating with senior leadership, engineering teams, and external contractors while fostering technical growth for both yourself and your team.

- Lead and manage complex automation and engineering capital projects.
- Play a vital role in the design, development, and construction of the organization’s largest facility.
- Lead a team of 5 engineers, upskilling and developing them.
- Serve as an expert in processing engineering and manufacturing activities, providing a high degree of autonomy to enhance plant performance.
- Provide career progression opportunities, bonuses, relocation support, and remote options to the team.
- Experience as a Plant Engineering Manager or similar role.
- Proven background in successful project management.
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Process Engineering, or a related field.
