We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with Pulp & Paper experience to lead conceptual and detailed process design projects. This role supports full project lifecycle execution—from design through construction—while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop conceptual and detailed process designs for pulp and paper facilities
- Solve complex engineering challenges using industry best practices
- Coordinate with project teams and clients to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Support construction efforts (submittals, RFIs, field walks)
- Perform quality reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Contribute to proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years plant or consulting engineering experience
- 10+ years total engineering design experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pulp and paper processes
