Description
Larson is seeking an experienced structural engineer with 15 or more years of experience to serve as a mentor to early‑career engineers on our structural team. The ideal candidate will have design experience across a wide range of building project types (commercial, educational, health care, residential, and industrial). A self‑starter with strong communication skills, self‑discipline, willingness to learn, and flexibility is essential.
This hybrid position can be based in either the Appleton or Wauwatosa office.
- 15 or more years of experience
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- MS Office experience (Word and Excel)
- Self‑motivated and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Business Development and networking
- Experience leading project design teams and coordinating client communication
- Experience managing direct reports, including staff development
- M.S. in Structural Engineering
- Licensed Structural Engineer
- Revit experience
- RISA experience
