Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership:
Direct technical execution across engineering functions. Lead design reviews and enforce best practices. - Project & Resource Management:

Oversee specifications, designs, and system integration to ensure manufacturability and performance. - Collaboration:
Act as the technical bridge between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and leadership teams. - Team Development:
Mentor a diverse team of engineers and technicians while driving continuous improvement.
- Deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects
- Strong background in resource planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
