Power Distribution Design: Lead the design of site-wide systems ranging from 15 Kilovolts to 120 Volts
.

System Analysis & Modeling: Perform arc flash and power system analysis using industry-standard software like SKM, ETAP, or Easy Power
.

Project Management: Lead the development of full construction drawing sets
, managing a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and drafters.

Field Engineering: Travel to client sites for field measurements, equipment evaluations, and providing technical support during equipment start-ups.

BIM & Technology Integration: Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) protocols and drive departmental efficiency through modern design practices.

Compliance & Standards: Apply a deep understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC) and heavy industrial standards to all project phases.

Quality Assurance: Provide technical guidance to the design team and implement robust QA/QC procedures and improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems.

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of SKM, ETAP, or Easy Power and the National Electric Code (NEC).

Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
