Industrial Engineer II​/Sr

As an Industrial Engineer you will lead process improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing workflows, and enhance material flow across the factory.

• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
• Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
• Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
• Partner cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
• Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
• Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations
• This role may have direct reports.

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
• 2 year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.

• 6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
• 2 year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
