As part of our team, you’ll play a critical role in the preconstruction process—collaborating with project teams to develop proposals, manage the bidding process, evaluate subcontractor pricing, and translate project plans into accurate, competitive estimates that set our projects up for success.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented construction estimating professional with strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work in a collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to build comprehensive estimates, coordinate take-offs, and support project planning efforts from start to finish. The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000 - $121,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related degree required.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum five years of experience in civil construction estimating or related field.
- Proficiency in using civil construction estimating software to create comprehensive estimates.
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools, including Bluebeam.
- Expert in reading and evaluating drawings, specs, and relevant contract documents.
