Our client is seeking qualified ETOs / Electrical Supervisors to join their shipyard project in Wisconsin for a 6‑month contract. It is imperative that candidates have experience with vessel commissioning, particularly with SOV/OSVs.
Responsibilities- Conduct rigorous testing of power generation and distribution boards (including low and high voltage setups) to verify safety.
- Test automation and control systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), alarm monitors, and engine management computers.
- Inspect physical wiring, cable routing, and equipment installation for compliance with classification society rules and international maritime laws.
- Must be eligible to work onshore in the US without sponsorship.
- Must be willing to relocate to the shipyard area temporarily for the 6‑month project duration.
- Previous experience as an ETO or Electrical Supervisor on vessel commissioning projects.
- Experience with SOVs/OSVs highly preferred.
