About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level Electrical Engineer who can own projects independently – from initial design through production support. You'll be working on power distribution and control systems, producing clean documentation, and collaborating across engineering and manufacturing teams.
What You'll DoDesign and review electrical systems including one-lines, three-lines, and control schematics. Prepare BOMs, submittal packages, and construction drawings. Perform load calculations and ensure designs meet applicable standards (UL, IEEE, NEC). Identify spec gaps, manage engineering changes, and support design review meetings. Coordinate with mechanical, project management, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring- 3–7 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software (Solid Works Electrical preferred)
- Solid understanding of protection relays, utility metering, and circuit monitoring systems
- Strong documentation habits and ability to juggle multiple projects
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (7+ years experience may substitute)
Experience with ERP/BOM/PDM systems, familiarity with IEEE/UL/NEC/ANSI standards, and a willingness to mentor junior team members.
