All Search Staffing Group has an exciting opening for a Product Engineer in Appleton, WI. The role focuses on plastic injection molding, using Solid Works for 3D modeling and drawings, and providing hands-on floor support.
You'll work with manufacturing and engineering teams through the product lifecycle, pursue cost reductions, and drive quality improvements. Initial hours are split 50/50 between office and shop floor, with a later shift to 60-75% office and a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
