Job DetailsAre you passionate about automation, controls, and process optimization? We are partnering with a highly respected engineering consulting firm seeking an Instrumentation & Process Control Designer to support innovative industrial and manufacturing projects across a variety of industries.
In this role, you'll work alongside engineers and project teams to develop instrumentation, control system, and automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and performance for leading industrial facilities.
What You'll Do- Design instrumentation and process control systems for industrial and manufacturing facilities
- Develop P&IDs, instrument layouts, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and control panel designs
- Support PLC, HMI, and SCADA-based automation projects
- Collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, and project engineers
- Participate in site visits, field verification, and startup support activities
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, client requirements, and applicable codes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation, or a related field
- Experience in instrumentation, controls, automation, or process design
- Knowledge of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies
Experience with AutoCAD and related design software - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
