The Residential Scheduler is an integral part of the Residential Customer Service Team! They get to serve our customers daily via walk-in, phone, or email and work with the Sales and Project Managers to set appointments for measuring and project installs.
Responsibilities- Working with customers to schedule measurements of product to ensure correct dimensions for ordering of product.
- Working with Sales team and Project Managers to schedule job installations.
- Process completed orders by collecting full payment by using established payment methods including cash, check, and approved credit or debit cards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attend and participate in quarterly safety meetings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous background in customer service or scheduling a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately.
The Residential Customer Service Scheduler may be required to assist customers in lifting and carrying products and materials to their car, up to 50 pounds . The physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The work environment is indoors, primarily in an office setting. The Associate may also spend time in the fabrication shop, glass shop or warehouse, as needed.
