The Attendant supports the daily operations of the arcade, attractions, and interactive game zones by providing exceptional guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operation of all equipment.

- Greet guests warmly and provide information on attractions, games, ticketing, and safety procedures.
- Assist guests with gameplay, ticket redemption, and prize selection professionally and enthusiastically.
- Monitor activity areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with all FEC rules and operational guidelines.
- Operate and maintain arcade machines, virtual reality attractions, and other entertainment equipment.
- Perform light troubleshooting or resets on malfunctioning machines and promptly report maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all FEC areas, including gaming zones, seating areas, and redemption counters.
- Assist with cash handling, token or card transactions, and POS operations.
- Support the setup and execution of private parties, special events, and group programs within the FEC.
- Replenish redemption inventory and monitor supply levels.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, promoting other resort amenities and activities.
- Ensure all safety, sanitation, and guest service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inspection and inventory tasks.
- Previous experience in an entertainment, arcade, theme park, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills with an outgoing, energetic personality.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic technical or mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot machines.
- Cash‑handling or POS experience preferred.
- Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ preferred).
- CPR and First Aid Certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
$16.18 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
