Position: Member Relationship Officer (Floating)
Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Member Relationship Officer (Floating) to provide exceptional service and financial guidance to our members. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying member needs, and delivering customized lending and banking solutions.

This position will be based out of a home branch location but requires travel to support multiple branches across Northeast Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide members with sound financial guidance for consumer lending needs

+ Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations in alignment with lending policies

+ Open and maintain deposit accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, and IRAs

+ Build and nurture long-term member relationships to anticipate future financial needs

+ Deliver exceptional member service by identifying opportunities to enhance financial well-being

+ Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

+ Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience

+ Strong interviewing and active listening skills to identify member needs

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software

+ Ability to foster a professional, friendly, and team-oriented environment

+ Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays

+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

+ Previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending preferred

Work Environment

+ Base branch location determined by proximity to employee's residence

+ Travel required to support 22 branch locations across Northeast Wisconsin

+ Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

+ Rotating Saturdays

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $54000.00/yr.
