We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Lending Quality Control Representative I based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton!
The Lending Quality Control Representative I assists and supports credit union team members and members with post-closing consumer lending quality control functions. This includes reviewing variances to policies, processes, and procedures, along with reviewing accuracy of documentation.
The primary responsibilities of the Lending Quality Control Representative I role include but are not limited to:
- Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
- Handling post-closing loan functions as they relate to consumer loans
- Auditing and quality control of consumer loans
- Preparing files for storage and retention
- Tracking exceptions and assisting Loan Originators and Loan Processors to remedy errors and/or exceptions
- Tracking and following up on final titles and recorded liens
- Interacting professionally with internal team members, credit union members, outside third party vendors, and others.
- Answering, supporting, and troubleshooting items received from internal and external member phone calls, email, or other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Following guided process and procedure when completing responsibilities.
- Completing work assignments by assigned deadlines.
- Maintaining a base knowledge of the applicable credit union products, processes, policies and systems.
Candidates for the Lending Quality Control Representative Iposition should possess:
- High school education or GED
- One to three years of financial institution or related experience preferred
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other computer systems used for general use
- Proficient organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

-Fri. 8:30am-5pm
