AP Supervisor

Accounts Payable Supervisor

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a strong accounts payable background? In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day AP operations, ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, and lead the Accounts Payable team while maintaining strong financial controls.

What You'll Do

* Oversee full-cycle accounts payable operations

* Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and payment eligibility

* Partner with internal teams to resolve AP issues

* Ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume environment

* Review reports, maintain financial controls, and oversee reconciliations to the general ledger

* Support internal and external audits

* Lead, coach, and develop Accounts Payable team members

* Conduct performance reviews and support hiring and training efforts

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

* 5+ years of accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibility

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GL reconciliations

* Oracle Retail/Finance experience preferred

* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
