The Senior Financial Analyst analyzes relationships and trends of financial activity, develops and maintains divisional budgets and forecasts, and researches and answers questions regarding KPIs that drive financial performance.

Additionally, the Senior Financial Analyst provides end‑to‑end dedicated support to functional areas in understanding financial results and developing plans and forecasts through comprehensive analysis.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
Reporting and Analysis
  • Identifies trends, variances, and key issues and provides recommendations for adjustments.
  • Assembles and tracks monthly business trends by incorporating deliverables, including variance analysis of financial results and key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of critical business issues, drivers, and opportunities within the divisions.
  • Leads financial planning and budgeting for divisions and cost centers.
  • Provides support and guidance for the Financial Analyst to improve their skills and financial acumen.
  • Holds divisions financial meetings to review performance and make recommendations.
  • Performs profitability analysis and develops recommendations to address performance issues.
  • Performs monthly analysis of performance and highlights drivers of variances versus budget and forecast.
  • Conducts and documents moderate to complex financial and ad‑hoc analysis projects.
  • Develops and maintains advanced financial models to support strategic decision‑making, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Effectively communicates complex financial insights to business partners through clear reports and presentations.
Secondary Functions (If Applicable)
  • Identifies, recommends, develops, and implements enhancements to processes related to budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting of financial information.
  • May work on special projects or other duties as assigned.
Supervisory / Budgetary / External Communication Responsibility
  • May communicate with external clients and providers.
Qualifications – Education, Work Experience, Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (tables, pivots, functions, macros, data model).
  • Working knowledge of DOMO and Salesforce.

  • Excellent financial modeling skills.
