, you will play a vital role in supporting our internal team, managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and contributing to relationship development. This position provides a unique opportunity to explore the Wealth Management industry from behind the scenes and build a strong foundation for a rewarding career in financial planning.

• Draft and update financial plans with oversight from Financial Planner.
• Collaborate with wealth advisors to understand client needs.
• Refine proficiency in financial planning software.
• Maintain basic knowledge of KRW model portfolios, investment philosophy, benchmarks, and strategy.
• Work with Client Service Team on routine/simple client requests.
• Provide limited support to onboard new clients.
• Assist with organizing and updating Advyzon, Right Capital, and client folders.
• Assist with tax season efforts.
• Train and mentor interns.

• Prior experience in financial planning is desirable but not required; this is an entry-level role with strong career development potential. Preference will be given to candidates currently enrolled in or who have completed financial planning education leading to professional certification (e.g., CFP® or CPA/PFS).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and productive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and meet client needs.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
