Job Overview

Emplify Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our pharmacy operations, playing a critical role in driving financial performance, strategic planning, and data‑driven decision‑making. This role partners with leadership to deliver insights that optimize pharmacy programs, including 340B, and enhance overall financial outcomes.

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to pharmacy and operational leaders, providing strategic guidance on financial performance and growth initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to develop and evaluate strategic financial plans, including pharmacy program optimization and expansion.
• Perform advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Lead and support financial analysis related to pharmacy services, drug spend, reimbursement, and 340B program performance.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reporting using Power BI to visualize key financial and operational pharmacy metrics.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, financial models, data analysis) to manage complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.

Full‑time, 1.0

FTE – 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Remote options available for candidates residing in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Iowa, with occasional onsite responsibilities in LaCrosse, WI or Green Bay, WI.

Starting salary $78,000 and up, based on experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as an accountant, financial analyst, or auditor.
• Experience developing financial models (budgeting, business expansion/contracting).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience building financial models.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, preferably pharmacy operations and 340B programs.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
