Teller – Part Time – Pay Starting at $18+ DOE

North Shore Bank – a mutual company serving families, businesses, and communities across eastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services. Acts as the Bank’s personal representative with customers, providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service; builds strong relationships between the customer and the Bank. Some Tellers are assigned as Area Tellers; staff in these roles are assigned a number of branch locations to support.

• Consistently perform North Shore Bank Quality of Services standards with both external and internal customers.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations and ask questions to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Create an appropriate blend of qualified referrals to branch personnel and branch business partners on a consistent basis to meet goals as communicated by Branch Administration.
• Use customer relationship management tool to record referrals and update customer contacts.
• Receive and answer questions from prospects or customers.

Banking experience necessary.
