Director of Finance​/Corporate Controller

Kerber Rose HR is partnering with a well-established and growing home health organization to identify a Director of Finance/Corporate Controller. This is a key executive leadership position responsible for leading the organization's financial operations while serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership.

• Lead all accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, and cash management.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Oversee Medicare reimbursement, cost reporting, billing, and revenue cycle processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the finance function.
• Present financial results and recommendations to executive leadership and the governing board.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Healthcare, home health, hospice, hospital, or other healthcare finance experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and cost reporting is highly desirable.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills.
