As an entry‑level ABM, you go through an 18‑24 month on‑the‑job paid training program to learn branch management. You then manage your own branch, and promotion to Branch Manager typically requires relocation; we provide a full relocation package. Your main focus is helping customers meet financial goals by originating new loan business, educating on consumer lending services, and guiding the loan application process.

You also evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings, and process insurance claims. In partnership with the Branch Manager, you assist in recruiting, training, and meeting sales goals while promoting our core values and ensuring an outstanding client experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• One year or more of customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast‑paced environment, navigating priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Eligibility to sell voluntary insurance products, based on a state background check.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role; full relocation package for moves > 50 miles.
