Pricing Manager; Packaging Films

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager with a strong background in the flexible packaging industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while supporting commercial growth. The ideal candidate understands film pricing structures, margin formulas, raw material cost drivers, and customer pricing models within flexible packaging.

• Develop and manage pricing strategies for flexible packaging products.
• Analyze margins, profitability, and pricing performance across product lines.
• Support Sales on pricing decisions, customer quotes, and contract renewals.
• Evaluate raw material cost fluctuations and recommend pricing adjustments.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to improve pricing accuracy and profitability.
• Build financial models and provide data‑driven pricing recommendations.

• Experience pricing flexible packaging products, with strong knowledge of film pricing structures and margin calculations.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams on customer pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
