The Financial Advisor Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Appleton, WI. This role assists financial advisors with day-to-day client service activities, including preparing documentation, processing account changes, and coordinating client meetings. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, responding to client inquiries, and helping advisors with scheduling, follow-up, and workflow management. The position also supports the preparation of reports and presentation materials, ensures compliance with firm procedures, and collaborates with advisors and internal partners to deliver a professional and efficient client experience.
Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong client service and communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and a professional, empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, such as time management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured environment.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and analytical skills, including comfort working with numbers, reviewing documents for accuracy, and learning core financial and investment concepts.
- Candidates should possess technology skills, including proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendars) and the ability to learn firm-specific systems and CRM platforms.
- Candidates should possess collaboration and problem-solving skills, such as the ability to work effectively with advisors and team members, anticipate needs, and resolve routine issues independently.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or a client-focused professional setting is beneficial.
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance concepts in financial services, or a willingness to learn them, is advantageous.
