We are seeking a Tax Associate who is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through thoughtful planning, proactive tax strategies, and exceptional client service.

The Tax Associate supports our advisors and tax professionals in delivering comprehensive financial and tax planning solutions. This role combines analytical expertise, client interaction, and technical planning responsibilities to help clients build, preserve, and transfer wealth efficiently.

Tax Planning & Preparation

• Prepare individual income tax returns and related tax documents.
• Conduct tax planning analyses to identify opportunities for tax savings and efficiency.
• Review tax returns and financial plans to uncover planning opportunities.
• Assist with year-end tax projections and tax strategy implementation.
• Research tax law changes and communicate relevant planning implications to advisors and clients.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families.
• Analyze client financial information, including cash flow, retirement readiness, investments, insurance coverage, and estate planning considerations.
• Assist advisors in developing and implementing planning recommendations.
• Support retirement income and cash flow projections.
• Prepare client meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with ongoing service requests.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in financial planning, tax preparation, accounting, wealth management, or a related profession.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• CPA, CFP®, EA, or progress toward obtaining a professional designation.
• Experience preparing individual tax returns.
• Experience with financial planning software and CRM systems.
• Understanding of retirement planning, investment principles, and tax-efficient planning strategies.

• Deliver accurate and actionable financial and tax planning analyses.
