Theda Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Perioperative Services Team at Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton and Theda Care Regional Medical Center

Position Details:

FTE - Locations:
Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton, Theda Care Regional Medical Center-Neenah with the occasional shift at Theda Care
- Waupaca. - Unique position to care for surgical patients in the outpatient clinic for preoperative risk stratifications and evaluations. Role will directly influence quality outcomes of surgical patients including postoperative outcomes, same day surgery cancellations, care coordination, readmission prevention and system mortality index.
- Opportunities for quality improvement work.
- Exciting opportunity to partner with nearly all specialty practices starting with surgeons, primary care, therapy, cardiology, pulmonary etc all the way through the surgical experience and post-operative phase.
