Community Living Alliance invites experienced, friendly, and reliable caregivers to provide one‑on‑one in‑home care to an exceptional gentleman at his home. If you want to deliver quality care in a positive environment, this role is for you. Locations cover the entire Dane County.

Clients, Locations, and Schedules: Details such as client name, address, bus requirement, days, and hours are provided during onboarding.

• Personal care (including but not limited to)
  • Showering/grooming
  • G‑tube care
  • Dressing
  • Meal preparation
  • Transfers/repositioning
  • Full‑assisted toileting
  • Bowel program support
• Housekeeping

• Pay starts at $15.50 / hr + $1 / hr extra on weekends
• Paid travel time between clients

• MUST have a vehicle – used for grocery shopping
• Age 18 + years
• Own a smartphone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Capable of lifting, moving, pushing, or pulling 35 lb or more
