Position OverviewThe Client Engagement Manager plays a critical leadership and growth role at PRN Home Health & Therapy. This individual is responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding strong referral relationships throughout the region while educating partners on PRN’s comprehensive home health and therapy services. This role blends outside sales, strategic relationship management, and team leadership, with significant autonomy and decision‑making responsibility. Approximately 75% of the position is field‑based, meeting referral partners and attending community and networking events.
Key ResponsibilitiesReferral Partner Relationship Management
- Build and foster strong relationships with referral partners including:
- Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Assisted Living Communities
- Hospitals
- Physicians
- Community and professional partners
- Maintain consistent in‑person follow‑ups, scheduled and unscheduled, based on referral activity and needs.
- Represent PRN Home Health & Therapy as a trusted, responsive, and solutions‑focused partner.
Education & Service Promotion
- Educate referral partners on PRN’s service lines:
- Occupational Therapy (OT)
- Physical Therapy (PT)
- Speech‑Language Pathology (SLP)
- Skilled Nursing
- Provide clear education on Medicare coverage:
- Medicare Part A
- Medicare Part B
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for referral eligibility and best patient placement.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report referral starts and admissions.
- Utilize available tools and work within evolving systems.
- Monitor pending referrals and proactively follow up to drive admissions.
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Directly oversee three (3) Clinical Liaisons.
- Conduct weekly meetings to:
- Review performance and referral progress
- Provide coaching and support growth plans
- Assign warm leads and equip liaisons with tools and strategies to grow their individual books of business.
- Ensure accountability, clarity, and professional development within the team.
Leadership Team Contribution
- Serve as an active member of PRN’s leadership team.
- Participate in leadership meetings approximately twice per month.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support company‑wide growth and operational success.
- Provide educated, data‑driven input to support business strategy and decision‑making.
Travel & Territory Expectations
- Primary territory:
Green Bay to Neenah - Secondary support territory:
Madison - Expect monthly visits to Madison.
- Attend local networking events and regional conferences as assigned.
- Participate in industry conferences (e.g., WALHA, Focus, DON conferences).
- Base Salary
- Monthly Commission: uncapped

Required:
- Sales experience required (healthcare preferred)
- Background in home health, hospice, or senior living
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong relationship‑building skills
- Hunter mentality with the ability to nurture relationships over time
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and referral processes
- Outside sales and territory management experience
- High level of trust, autonomy, and decision‑making authority
- Strong leadership collaboration
