Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support ensure you feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.
- Assist with bedtime routines and nighttime needs
- Monitor seniors’ safety and well-being throughout the night
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and meaningful support
- Make a profound difference even during quiet hours, helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home
Accrual-Based PTO Policy
Full-time employees begin accruing PTO immediately, available after 90 days.
