Role DescriptionThis is a part‑time, on‑site role located in Appleton, WI, for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore functionality. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on proper therapeutic exercises. The therapist will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and recovery outcomes.
Qualifications- Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic treatment techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage with patients.
- Knowledge of physical therapy equipment and best practices in rehabilitative care.
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Experience working in a physical therapy or rehabilitation‑focused healthcare setting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
