Full-Time Housekeeper
Pay: $16.00 - $17.20/hour
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Full-Time with weekend rotation

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton's leading full-service senior living community, committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to help maintain our community to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

What You'll Do:

• Clean resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas
• Follow Touchmark Gold Standards for cleanliness and safety
• Use proper infection control and safety practices
• Report maintenance concerns such as damaged flooring or light outages
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily assignments
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful (training provided)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work around pets and in an active environment
• Willingness to work some weekends or holidays as needed
• Compassionate attitude and desire to work with older adults
