Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is required from any number of months.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Staffency Program - Theda Care and no current placement allowed at Program:
Staffency Program - Theda Care.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have strong strong spine and ortho and surgical experience

Required Credentials: Associates Degree

Shift & Scheduling:

• Shift times can vary based off the needs of the unit. Start times: 7-3:30/7:30-4/8:30-5
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Weekend Requirements:
  As needed
• On Call: 1 week of call per month (Monday-Sunday). Mon-Fri is 5p-630a. Sat/sun is 24hr call. Call in frequency is incredibly minimal

9 days maximum time off

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
