Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin is dedicated to providing exceptional care from fingertip to shoulder and everything in between. Our private clinic is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team!

• Typical Caseload includes:
  • Post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder diagnoses.
  • 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist driven appointment times
    • Ranging from 40-60 minutes – no double booking!
    • Time to think, treat, and connect
  • Opportunity to expand treatment to other areas of the body

• Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally and locally recognized clinicians
• Support towards CHT certification if desired
• Learn by working alongside 13 CHT-trained clinicians
  • Average tenure of 11 years

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Both full-time and part-time hours will be considered, flexible schedule
• Outpatient ortho experience preferred (but not required)
