PT Caregiver PM - Weekend Rotation

Touchmark on West Prospect – Appleton, WI

Schedule:

PM shifts with weekend rotation
Pay: $17.00 – $20.49 per hour (based on experience and credentials) with PM, NOC & weekend shift differentials

As a Caregiver/CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and hygiene. More importantly, you’ll bring positivity, compassion, and companionship to each resident’s day.

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and hygiene.
• Offer companionship and support to residents, ensuring a positive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ privacy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Remain patient and composed in interactions with residents, families, and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
