Hand to Shoulder Center of Wisconsin is dedicated to providing exceptional care from fingertip to shoulder and everything in between. Our private clinic is growing, and we are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team!

• Typical Caseload includes:
  • Post‑operative and conservative hand/shoulder diagnoses.
  • 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist‑driven appointment times:
    • Ranging from 40-60 minutes – no double booking!
    • Time to think, treat, and connect

• Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally and locally recognized clinicians
• Support towards CHT certification if desired
• Learn by working alongside 13 CHT-trained clinicians:
  • Average tenure of 11 years

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
