- 9 Fellowship‑trained, Board‑certified Orthopedic Surgeons
- 20+ experienced therapists, including 13 CHT‑trained therapists

- Deliver high quality, individualized occupational therapy care for upper quadrant conditions.
- Treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms
- Onsite collaboration with orthopedic surgeons
- Typical Caseload includes:
- Post‑operative and conservative hand/shoulder diagnoses.
- 1:1 patient scheduling with therapist‑driven appointment times:
- Ranging from 40-60 minutes – no double booking!
- Time to think, treat, and connect
- Outstanding 1:1 mentorship program with nationally and locally recognized clinicians
- Support towards CHT certification if desired
- Learn by working alongside 13 CHT-trained clinicians:
- Average tenure of 11 years
- Generous yearly continuing education allowance towards hosted courses and external training or conferences.
