Perform admitting duties for patients admitted for services at Theda Care;
Operate the telephone switchboard to relay calls;
Conduct pre-registration of patient accounts including obtaining demographic/insurance information and collecting point-of-service payments;
Explain and obtain signatures for consent forms and distribute patient education documents;
Review insurance eligibility and enter benefit data to support billing and clean claim rate
