• Provide direct care support to members with disabilities, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by the individual service plan.
• Use mobility devices and practice safe transfer and ambulation techniques similar to those used in assisted‑living facilities.
• Teach and guide members in achieving their hopes, dreams, goals, and objectives through self‑direction, decision making, and goal setting.
• Complete all applicable documentation related to tasks assigned.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming group home through housekeeping duties (vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, bed making, changing linens) and laundry.
• Prepare and serve meals following general nutritional guidelines, menus, and individual dietary restrictions, needs, and preferences.
• Assist, escort, and provide physical and other assistance during social and recreational activities.

• Starting pay up to $18/hr based on experience.
• Weekend shift premium $1.00/hr.
