Post Acute Clinical Specialist – Western US

If you’re a wound care expert with a strong post‑acute background—think home health, skilled nursing, long‑term care or DME—and clinical experience managing lower extremity swelling with compression, we want to hear from you.
The post‑acute clinical specialist is a vital link between our wound care solutions and the healthcare professionals who use them, delivering education, driving adoption, and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Post‑Acute Strategic Accounts and Post‑Acute Sales teams to drive clinical strategy and support growth in top‑priority accounts.
- Lead engaging product and clinical education sessions, including peer‑to‑peer programs, professional development events, and QIP initiatives.
- Support the salesforce in the field—training new hires, mentoring experienced reps, and reinforcing clinical best practices; covering a large Western market.
- Build relationships with clinicians, advocate partners, and key influencers in the wound care space.
- Serve as a clinical resource across departments—Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development—to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide input on new product development, participate in clinical trials, and support market launches.
- Represent Mölnlycke at industry associations and events.
- Cover the Western US (west of Mississippi); overnight travel up to 75% is required.
This role is eligible for a competitive base salary, an annual bonus, and a car reimbursement plan.

What We’re Looking For- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related specialty required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Current wound care certification required: CWOCN®, CWCN®, CWON®, or CWS®.
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience as a certified wound care clinician.
- In-depth knowledge of chronic wound management, especially venous leg ulcers (VLUs) and compression therapy.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required credentialing.
- Strong Post‑Acute/Home Care industry clinical network is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting to both large and small clinical groups.
- Passionate about patient care, clinical education, and driving real‑world outcomes.
- Ability for overnight travel up to 75%.
