Job Requirements
A wonderful woman based in the Appleton area is seeking a live‑in caregiver to help with daily living tasks in her own home.
Live In
Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00 PM-8:00 AM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM
- Friday: 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM
- Monday: 8:00 AM
Wage: $16.50. Awake and sleep hours are paid; overtime is paid accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Trach suctioning and operating a ventilator overnight (training included)
- Companionship and conversation
- Prepare meals and/or snacks per client’s preference
- Assist with transfers (sit‑to‑stand)
- Perform light housekeeping activities (laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Assist with personal hygiene
- Assist with getting dressed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must pass a Wisconsin caregiver background check
- Honesty and reliability are crucial attributes
- Smoke‑free home
- New to the field acceptable; paid training provided
