Schedule:

Full Time (weekend and “Holiday” rotation).
Pay: /hour based on experience.

Touchmark on West Prospect is the Fox Valley’s leading full-service retirement community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents and their families through engaging programs, hospitality, and connection. We are currently seeking a Full Time Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan and lead activities that bring excitement, purpose, and joy to our Independent Living residents.

• Design and deliver creative, high-energy programs that inspire residents to stay active, connected, and fulfilled.
• Work with a vibrant, independent population that loves social gatherings, fitness, art, and lifelong learning.
• Join a supportive, collaborative team where your ideas and enthusiasm are encouraged.

• Plan, schedule, and facilitate daily programs, social events, classes, and excursions that promote wellness across all dimensions — physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual.
• Encourage participation and foster community engagement among residents.
• Coordinate special events, intergenerational programs, and outings.
• Partner with Dining Services and other departments for community celebrations and theme events.
• Document attendance, participation, and feedback to continuously improve programming.
