Job Summary

A local Oconto County family is seeking a warm, reliable, and dedicated individual to provide in home care and support for a vibrant young woman living with Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP). This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in a family's life, offering companionship and practical assistance in a comfortable home environment.

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes.
• Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
• Provide G-Tube feeding.
• Engage residents through social activities, companionship, and Supportive Interaction to enhance overall well-being.

Prior experience in caretaking is highly preferred. Knowledge of Xeroderma Pigmentosum is helpful but not needed. Ability to perform personal care tasks including hygiene assistance. Valid driver's license. Strong communication skills coupled with a caring attitude are essential for success in this role.

Wage: 16.32 per hour.

Hours:

1 day per week, weekends, and respite care (reach out to see how you could be of assistance to the family).
